Why your oils are filtered only? 

We sell only filtered infused (anointing) oils for a few reasons. Firstly, oils should be infused with herbs for a particular time. It's wrong to infuse oils with herbs for years, it will not bring extra benefits and positive effects, but it can cause the opposite effect. It is possible to add a small amount of herbs in oil for decorative purposes, but no more. Secondly, we sell finished high-quality products, not it's imitations or semi-finished goods. Besides, we infuse our oils with herbs in proportion* of 1:4, 1:3, 1:2 or 1:1, so we sell 10/30/50/100 ml of finished products, not a half or less of it.
You will have no doubts that our oils were genuinely made with herbs by their smell, color and effect of their use. We produce products that work, not pretty fakes.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes, you can. We produce custom-made goods based on your needs.

Are your products natural?

All our product includes only natural & organic certified ingredients. Our products are oil-based or a mix of herbs and powders, mostly. We do not use alcohol, parabens, silicones, and chemicals in our goods.

How do your products work? 

Your inner state ( your mind , emotions, feelings and beliefs ) rule your psychological and physical health, and so your life. I am a Christian/ Muslim/ other, if I use your goods, will I betray my religion?

No, you will not, it is not a "sin" to use our product. Plants and trees are used all over the world in different cultures and purposes. Our products are beyond religions, but have the same basement, like all of them. That's why, our products are suitable for different religions practices too.

What shippping carrier do you use? When my order will be shipped?

It takes 1-2 business days to collect an order. Please be aware that the preparation of custom-made items may take an extra days more.
We ship via EMS (Russian post) priority mail service only with tracking number, so after import, an order will be delivered by your local post service ( e.g in the USA- by USPS, in France - by La Poste).
Orders to Europe usually arrive within 5-14 days, to North America and Middle East -within 7-15 days, Rest of the world - within 10-21 days.

Yes, we provide express shipping too.


My order was not delivered to me because a shipping carrier lost it. What should I do next?

We are sorry to hear about it. If your purchase was lost by a shipping carrier or was not delivered within 35 days since your order as placed, contact us via email: customercare@belarchs.com, we will check the package's status and send you a replacement if lost will be confirmed.

Be aware that, the responsibility for the delivery of goods lies with the carrier from the moment the goods are received from the seller and until the buyer receives it, in compliance with law.

Who is responsible for customs?

We are not responsible for your nation's customs law and actions of governer's officers ( incl. confiscations, taxes, returns, and others) and will not pay refunds and accept returns due to their actions and decisions. Please check your country's customs regulations! A customer is responsible for customs duties and taxes.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Our Return Policy lasts 14 days since your order was delivered to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only replace items if they are damaged in shipping. If you need to exchange a damaged item, send us an email with photo proof at customercare@belarchs.com within 24 hours after the purchase was delivered to you. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused.
